The control tool Q-Monitor from GUARDUS MES supports the central and the locally arranged quality and production structures when monitoring the manufacturing processes. Users have access to the Q-monitor through the entreprise‘s internal network on the web-browser integrated within GUARDUS MES. The tool visualizes all critical and active processes and production characteristics in real time. Traffic light logic is used to present changes graphically, while the online analyses help in troubleshooting. For example, when targets are exceeded in the capability indices or the tolerance range by means of the integration in the action management of GUARDUS MES, the user can implement actions directly and check their status and their efficiency on demand.
