The production steering plan is a central element of quality planning in GUARDUS™MES. It is crucial for covering the whole quality of information from the results of the FMEA analyses through the actual control plans up to the test plans and flaw catalogues. According to the quality guidelines TS 16949 and QS 9000, the production steering plan documents, in various languages, which process and product characteristics must be tested and the methods, testing systems and reaction plans to be used. A clear folder structure gives an up to date overview of all versions and process states. Sections and  even complete control plans can be easily and quickly recreated through a copy function. Changes in the succession of process chains or test characteristics can be executed with a “Drag & Drop”.
