The Quality and MES Company

1.1 Project Management

The Project Management module in GUARDUS™MES easily adjusts to the user’s needs. For example, the Q-Project Module supports all classic Advanced Project Quality Planning demands in project administration and controlling according to QS 9000 and TS 16949. Complex development projects can be thoroughly planned and transparently controlled – from the development of new products spread on international sites to the planning of project duration beyond a financial year or the handling of different budgets and currencies. Based on this, the report management enables the project managers to recognize early, whether the planned milestones can be reached not only in budget but also in time.

  • APQP demands
  • Integrated financial and project management
  • Transparency of progress in projects
  • Universal systems for reminders
  • Central administration of all project documents
  • Extensive report management
