The Quality and MES Company

2.6 Track and Trace - Traceability

The Track and Trace module handles traceability via order, lot and serial number recording. If a flaw is discovered, the complete production process can be traced back through every manufacturing step and along the logistic chain down to the individual suppliers, in order to identify potentiel responsible entities. In the other direction, GUARDUS traceability quickly shows which components were processed in which final device. Quality documentation and release reports are available online, and on demand. Combined with the QM-Production module, the quality data (e.g. characteristics, tolerances and collected measurement values) can also be automatically shown online for the resultant products manufactured.

  • Orders, lot and serial number tracking
  • Orders, lots and serial number management
  • Electronic management of product travel papers with identification barcodes
  • Tracing back from the manufactured material to the initially used material overall manufacturing steps
