The module Machinery Data Acquisition connects production host computers directly with GUARDUS™MES, using standard interfaces. Thus, the module receives data from all machines connected to the production host computer. Machine signals from the simplest of machines, can also be recorded and processed without any issues. Thereby, data about conditions, quantities and types of time measuring and process parameters can automatically be assigned to the in-process production orders directly from the machines.
