In addition to the display of dispatched orders, the Production Data Collection component of GUARDUS ™MES also reports quantities, production time, test results, clearance or incidents in real-time, including complete information about sign-ins and sign-outs of items. Exterprises may select a person, team or shift dependent approach. A system of online performance indicators offers statements about productivity, utilisation rate and waste parts in the production processes. The integration of the GUARDUS™MES QM-Production tool takes care of the necessary self-control using SPC control charts and in-process test plans. For an efficient collection of production data, individual input interfaces can be designed through  the GUARDUS Toolset, corresponding not only to functionally but also linguistically, and work situation.
