Günther Percht, Eng.
Graduate Engineer Mr. Guenther Percht, is since 1996 CEO of Kaessbohrer Transporttechnik GmbH in Salzburg.
Prior to this position, Mr. Percht was responsible for Controlling and IT organization at the Robert Bosch AG (factory Hallein.)

Dr. Günter Knorr
The IT-roots of the Supervisory Board Chairman of GUARDUS Solutions AG, Dr. Günter Knorr, go back to the 1980s. For over 30 years in the field, international corporate clients from all areas of information technology have relied on his knowledge. This industry expertise manifested in his involvement in the founding of "Software Quality Association" in 1985. Together with all the renowned hardware and software producers of this decade, he was instrumental in the development of a DIN standard for software quality, which later became an inspiration for an ISO standard. Dr. Günter Knorr holds the post of board chairman since the founding of the GUARDUS Solutions AG in 2002.

Thomas Fisher
Before his work as an independent strategic advisor was Mr. Fischer was a member of the Management Board of Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg (LBBW), one of the largest banks in Germany. Mr. Fischer filled his role within LBBW and its predecessor National Institute Giro Checkout for over 17 years. His areas of responsibility included IT, Operations (payments, securities services, trade settlement), construction and real estate and retail business. After studying physics and working his first professional years in the Computing Center of the University of Kiel clinics from 1976, he joined a software and consulting firm in 1983 as Managing Director of Marketing and Sales. Fischer is a Board member of several small technology companies and credit sector companies.

Michael Wolter
Since 1996, Michael Wolter is a managing partner of the Munich Safelog GmbH (formerly NewTec Automation Technology and Service GmbH). The skilled aircraft navigation electronics engineer began his career in 1976 as a Support Engineer at Digital Electronics Automation (DEA), a manufacturer of coordinate measuring machines. The change to the group Perkin Elmer (Concurrent Computer Corp. today.) In 1980, Mr. Wolter entered into the real-time computer technology for civilian and military applications. Here he started as a sales representative and later became a sales manager for NATO projects in Europe. From 1991 to 1996 Michael Wolter worked for the company Wolter Germans Systemtechnik GmbH (DST) as sales manager.

Prof. Dr. Albert Maringer
Until January 2007, and for 46 years, Prof. Dr. Albert Maringer was responsible for various leadership positions within the Siemens group.
Finally, from 2000 to 2006, he held the position of Executive Chairman of Siemens Canada Ltd..
Moreover, since 2005, Prof. Dr. Albert Maringer is an honorary professor at the Institute for International Management at the Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena.
